His primary genres include: Hip Hop, Reggae/Dancehall but then he does not limit himself to those genres alone, he tells he also does a variety of other genres as he is inspired by the Holy Spirit. Formerly part of a group called "DAX Gospel", being the lead songwriter/lyricist on the team; they experimented with lots of genres because they were a versatile duo and soon emerged the best gospel music group at the maiden edition of the CGMAs (Calabar Gospel Music Awards) in 2013. Abasi Ofon will be his first official released work since moving on from his former team.
